One of the biggest pharmaceutical companies of Russia, R-Pharm, hit the button for the 300 million TRL investment to Turkey. The Russian company will first establish a factory with a 100 million TRL budget.
One of the biggest pharmaceutical companies of Russia, R-Pharm, decided to make investment to Turkey. R-Pharm CEO Vasily Ignatiev declared that they will invest 300 million TRL (100 million euro) in Turkey.
The company will put the first project’s first step of 300 million TRL (100 million euro) part into practice in 2016. Ignatyev said, ‘other units will also step in until 2018 and the 100 million euro investment will be accomplished’ by stating that they target to reach Middle East and North Africa region from Turkey.
The Russian company will act with a local partner in Turkey. Therefore, Turkish partner of the Russian giant who established an Istanbul-centric company named TRPHARM Pharmaceutical Industry with capital of 70.5 million lira is one of the recognized names of the sector.

Mehmet Can Göker, son of Tuygan Göker -former chairman of Roche Turkey and senior manager responsible for 108 countries out of 150 where the company operates- draws the attention as one of the two board of directors member of TRPHARM.
